Quick And Easy Blueberry Pancake Recipe

 


Ingredients

-          2 cup of almond milk 

-          2/1 cup plain flour

-          1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

-          1 tablespoon baking powder

-          1/3 cup blueberries

  A of Pinch salt





Method


1. Mix apple cider vinegar with  to set aside to curdle for around 6 Mins
2. Mix all the ingredients for the pancake for the batter
4. Grease the pan, add a few blueberries onto the pancake in the pan and flip the pancake starting bubbling
5. Top with coconut yogurt and fresh mangos
6. Serves 2-3 person depends how hungry you are
