How to Prepare?
-Make ready your oven then Preheat oven to 425F.
- Drain and clean jackfruit properly.
- After washing put jackfruit on clean kitchen towel.
- Take a bowl where jackfruit and spices mix together
- Then Mix in onion slices on that bowl.
- Pour seasoned jackfruit mix onto parchment lined baking sheet and spread into a thin layer.
- Bake for 5 min to get crisp.
- Add 15 ounce drained black beans for protein!
